At Lakeside Property Management we believe that consistent communication is the key to establishing the right climate for trust and achievement. That is why we are available 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm.
As a leading property rental and property management resource, Lakeside Property Management works with real estate owners and renters around the Kootenai County region.
Renting your property is one thing, but managing it is something else. At Lakeside Property Management, we don't simply list real estate and bring in tenants. Our job is to oversee your real estate investments and handle all the details from marketing to upkeep. Essentially, we make your life easier and allow you to concentrate on other things.
What sets us apart?
• We do not charge for marketing
• No "up-front" or "hidden" charges. Our fee is a percent of the rent we collect for you, payable only when your property is rented.
• We do not add or up-charge maintenance invoices. You will see a copy of all bills/invoices of work done on your property. No charges added!!
• We show your property PERSONALLY. Your property is shown by a member of our office, we do not let anyone check out keys to view your home.
